Wholesale voice

The two seconds between dialling and ringing. That’s our job.

A–Z termination on CLI and non-CLI routes, billed per second with no minimum call duration. Routes are watched daily, and your traffic moves off a bad corridor before it costs you a shift.

Voice routes arcing out to destinations worldwide
Numbers

A local number in a country you’ve never set foot in.

DID, national and toll-free numbers in the US, UK, Japan, the Middle East and Africa — with voicemail, IVR, recording and routing rules you control. US and UK numbers go live in about two hours.

Hosted services

Your dialer, your switch, our hardware.

PBX, Issabel, Elastix and VICI running on servers we own and maintain. Billing switches too — Sippy, VoIPSwitch, VOS — plus RDP, VPS and VPN access from Europe, Asia and North America.

And the site your customers check before they call.

Custom business websites, domains, professional email and search optimisation — built by the same team, billed on the same invoice as everything else.

Do we cover your destination?

Type a country or a dialling code. Voice termination is A–Z, so every country here routes — the tags tell you where we can also supply DID and toll-free numbers.

Voxbolt Digital

Telecom for people who count minutes.

We supply the parts of a business nobody sees until they break: the voice routes your calls travel on, the numbers your customers dial, and the servers your dialer sits on.

Our clients are call centres, BPOs, brokerages and support teams — operations where a dropped line is a lost sale. That shapes how we work more than any mission statement would.

What we do

Four services that fit together, instead of forty that don't.

Local presence anywhere, with voicemail, IVR, recording and extra channels on request.

Three kinds of people call us

Pick the one that sounds like you.

You run traffic, and margin lives or dies on route quality.

Wholesale termination on CLI and non-CLI routes, per-second billing, and a test account before any money moves.

Test before you pay

A test account with credit on it. Dial your own destinations on your own dialer, at your own volume, before committing.

Routes watched daily

When a corridor starts misbehaving we move your traffic and tell you afterwards, rather than waiting for your floor manager to notice.

No lock-in

No minimum term, no notice period, no setup fee hiding in the second invoice.

You want a local presence in a country you have never set foot in.

DID and toll-free numbers in the US, UK, Japan, the Middle East and Africa — forwarded wherever your team actually sits.

US and UK live in about two hours

Other markets need documentation and take a few days. We tell you which is which before you pay, not after.

Everything included

Voicemail, IVR, call recording, routing rules and email alerts as standard. Extra channels added without re-provisioning.

Yours to take away

Port a number in, and port it out again if you ever leave. No hostages.

Your site is the first thing a prospect checks before calling.

Custom websites, domains, professional email and hosting — built by the same team, billed on the same invoice as everything else.

A date agreed, and held to

If something threatens the deadline you hear it early, not on the day.

Itemised quotes

You can see what each part costs and drop anything you do not need.

Looked after afterwards

Security updates, backups and content changes. A site left alone for two years becomes a liability.

Coverage

What we carry, and where it lands.

Voice termination is A–Z — if a network exists there, we can land calls on it. Numbers are narrower on purpose: DID and toll-free in the US, UK, Japan, the Middle East and Africa, because those are the markets where we hold the carrier relationships to do it properly.

How a call actually connects

Every call is a short conversation before it's a conversation.

Before your customer hears a ring, six messages have already crossed the network. Where those slow down, or quietly fail, is where a cheap route stops being cheap — long post-dial delay, dropped setups, and connection rates that look fine on a report and terrible on the floor.

The gap between INVITE and 180 is post-dial delay. Under a second is good. Past three, your agents hang up before the customer picks up.

What you can hold us to

Four promises, not four adjectives.

We would rather publish commitments you can check than testimonials you can't.

01

Test before you pay

A test account with credit on it, so you dial our routes on your own dialer before any money moves. If it doesn't perform, you walk away owing nothing.

02

No lock-in

No minimum term, no setup fee buried in the second invoice, no notice period. If we stop being useful you leave, and you can take your numbers with you.

03

Rates you can read

Per destination, per second, itemised. You will never find a line on our invoice that you have to phone us to understand.

04

Bad news, early

When a route starts degrading you hear it from us, not from your floor manager. We would rather lose a margin point than have that conversation the wrong way round.

Next step

Send us your destinations. We'll send back real numbers.
