Voxbolt DigitalEvery call, connected. Get a rate sheet

Home  /  Services

Everything between your dialer and the person answering.

Four services that fit together: the routes your calls travel on, the numbers people dial, the servers it all runs on, and someone who answers when it breaks.

Voice

Wholesale termination

A–Z coverage on CLI and non-CLI routes, billed per second with no minimum call duration. You tell us the destinations and the volume; we build a rate sheet around them rather than handing you a generic price list.

  • SIP trunks for manual dialing
  • Softphone minutes for X-Lite, Eyebeam and similar
  • Daily route monitoring, with reroutes before you notice
  • Test account before any commitment
Numbers

DID, national & toll-free

Your customer dials a local number; the call lands with your team wherever it sits. We issue numbers in the US, UK, Japan, the Middle East and Africa. US and UK go live in about two hours; the rest need documentation and take a few days — and we tell you which is which before you pay.

  • Toll-free, local and national ranges
  • Voicemail, email alerts and IVR menus
  • Extra channels added on request, no re-provisioning
  • Outbound service on the same number
Hosting

Servers & billing switches

Nothing to rack, no licence pile, no network engineer on payroll. We run the box, you get the login. Server regions in Europe, Asia and North America.

  • PBX, Elastix, Issabel, VICI dialer
  • Billing switches: Sippy, VoIPSwitch, VOS
  • RDP, VPS and VPN access
  • Monitored, patched and backed up by us
Support

The desk behind all of it

Setup, configuration, troubleshooting and procurement — handled by a person who knows your account, reachable on WhatsApp, phone or email at the hours your floor actually runs.

  • Remote support as standard
  • On-site help where we can reach you
  • Free consultation, client or not
Call centre stack

Built on open standards, so you're not renting your own setup.

The dialer platform runs on open source, which means it bends around your workflow instead of the other way round. It scales from a handful of seats to a full floor, and it speaks enough protocols and codecs that changing carrier later is a configuration job, not a migration project.

Included
  • Predictive dialer and IVR
  • Inbound, outbound and blended campaigns
  • Full or partial call recording
  • Live monitoring and call whisper
  • Conferencing and answering-machine detection
  • Per-campaign hold music, internal DNC, remote agents

Codecs: G.711 (A-law / µ-law), G.729, G.726, G.723.1, GSM, iLBC, ADPCM, LPC-10, linear.
