The short version
We are a business-to-business telecom supplier. The only personal data we ask for is what we need to answer an enquiry and quote for work: your name, your company, your email address and whatever you write in the message box. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not buy contact lists.
If you would like us to delete everything we hold about you, email info@voxboltdigital.com and we will do it. You do not need to give a reason.

Voxbolt Digital LLC is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, because the scale and nature of our processing does not require one under Article 37 of the UK and EU GDPR. Privacy questions go to the address above and reach a person, not a queue.
What we collect
Information you give us directly
When you submit the enquiry form on our contact page, or either of our campaign landing pages, we receive:
- Your name
- Your company name, if you enter one (optional)
- Your email address
- The enquiry category you select
- The message you write — typically destinations, expected volumes or a question
- The page of our site the form was sent from
Only your name and email address are required. If you would rather not use the form, email or WhatsApp us instead and we will work with whatever you choose to tell us.
If you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we hold that correspondence and any personal data in it for the same purposes described below.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Like every web server, our hosting provider records the IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page and timestamp of each request. These are kept briefly for security and diagnostics and are not used to build a profile of you.
- Local storage. When you close the promotional message that appears on
this site, your browser stores a single flag named
vb_promo_seenso that we do not show it to you again. It contains no personal data, is never sent to our servers, and clearing your browser data removes it.
This site sets no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies.
Why we use it, and our legal basis

We do not send marketing emails to people who have not asked for them, and we do not add enquirers to a mailing list.
Who else sees your data
We keep the list of third parties deliberately short. Each one is a processor acting on our instructions, not a company we sell data to.
Web3Forms — form delivery
Our enquiry forms are delivered by Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative. When you submit the form, its contents pass through their infrastructure and are emailed to us.
- Their infrastructure runs on Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and Hetzner.
- To filter spam, your IP address and email address may be passed to CleanTalk and Akismet.
- They operate from India and retain submission data for a maximum of three years before automatic deletion.
- Transfers out of the EEA, UK and Switzerland are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses under their Data Processing Agreement.

Google Fonts
The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google's servers
(fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). To deliver a font,
Google necessarily receives your IP address. Google's privacy policy is at
policies.google.com/privacy.
Hosting
This website is served by our hosting provider, which processes server logs as described above on our behalf.
Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics is not currently running on this site. Our code contains the option to enable it, but no measurement ID is configured, so no analytics data is collected or sent to Google today. If we switch it on, we will update this policy first and add a consent banner for visitors in the UK and the EEA.
We do not run advertising pixels, remarketing tags or social media trackers. Links to our LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X profiles are ordinary links — nothing loads from those platforms unless you click through.
Others
We may disclose personal data to our professional advisers, or where we are legally required to do so by a court or a regulator. We will not do it quietly if we are permitted to tell you.
Where your data goes
We are based in the United States, and our processors operate internationally. Personal data you send us will therefore be transferred outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or another safeguard recognised under Article 46 of the UK and EU GDPR. You can ask us for details of the safeguard that applies to a particular transfer.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become business: up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
- Customer records: for the life of the relationship and then for as long as tax, accounting and telecom record-keeping rules require.
- Server logs: a short period set by our hosting provider, for security and diagnostics.
- Form submissions held by Web3Forms: a maximum of three years under their retention policy.
If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we will, except where we are legally required to keep a record.
Your rights if you are in the UK or the EEA
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it
- Have inaccurate data corrected, or incomplete data completed
- Have your data erased
- Restrict how we process it
- Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format
- Object to processing carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we have relied on consent
Email info@voxboltdigital.com to exercise any of these. We respond within one month, free of charge. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, and only so that we do not hand your data to somebody else.
You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In the United Kingdom that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). In the EEA it is the authority in the country where you live or work. We would rather you raised it with us first, but that is your choice and not a condition.
Your rights if you are in the United States
Texas
We operate from Texas. The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives Texas residents the right to confirm whether we process their personal data, to obtain a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or its use for targeted advertising or certain profiling.
California
The California Online Privacy Protection Act applies to any commercial website that collects personal information from California residents, wherever the business itself is based, so it applies to this site. The categories of personal information we collect, the third parties we share it with, and the process for reviewing or changing your information are all set out in the sections above. The effective date of this policy is shown at the top of the page, and material changes are described in Changes to this policy.
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives California residents the right to know what personal information a business has collected, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of its sale or sharing, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Voxbolt Digital LLC is a small business and does not currently meet the revenue or data-volume thresholds that make the CCPA mandatory. We honour these rights anyway, because a request costs us a few minutes and refusing it on a technicality would be a poor way to behave.
Other states
Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have broadly equivalent rights. We apply the same process to everyone, wherever you live.
Disclosures these laws require
- We do not sell personal information, and we never have, in the sense used by the California or Texas statutes. There is no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on this site because there is nothing to opt out of.
- We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not process it for targeted advertising or for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
- We do not collect sensitive personal information or biometric data through this website.
Making a request
Email info@voxboltdigital.com with the subject line Privacy request. We respond within 45 days, and may extend that once by a further 45 days where a request is complex, in which case we will tell you why before the first period runs out. An authorised agent may make a request on your behalf with written permission.
If we refuse a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We will respond to the appeal within 60 days. If we deny the appeal, we will tell you how to submit a complaint to your state Attorney General — the Texas Attorney General for Texas residents, or the California Attorney General or the California Privacy Protection Agency for California residents.
Do Not Track and cross-site tracking
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no agreed standard for how a website should answer one, so most sites ignore them silently. Ours has nothing to ignore: we do not track visitors across other websites or over time, with or without a signal, so a Do Not Track request makes no difference to what we collect — which is nothing beyond what this policy describes.
For the same reason, we do not permit third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your activity across other websites through this site. We run no advertising networks, no remarketing pixels and no behavioural analytics. Google receives your IP address when your browser fetches our fonts, as any server does when it sends you a file, and that is the extent of it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions travel over encrypted connections, and enquiries reach a small number of people who need to see them. No system is perfectly secure, and we would rather say that plainly than promise otherwise. If a breach ever affects your rights, we will notify you and the relevant regulator within the deadlines the law sets.
Children
This is a business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data — for example by enabling analytics — we will update this page and change the date at the top before the change takes effect.
